Fire safety is a critical aspect of building design and maintenance, and it is essential that common areas and tenant entrances are equipped with the proper fire protection systems and features. In our current project, we are working to reduce gaps around doors, and install rebated intumescent fire and smoke strips, acoustic drop seals, concealed and overhead door closers, and fire-rated letterbox flaps.
Reducing gaps around doors is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. By using our state-of-the-art techniques, we are able to create a tight seal around doors, reducing the risk of fire and smoke spreading from one area to another.
Installing rebated intumescent fire and smoke strips is another important step in ensuring the safety of building occupants. These strips expand when exposed to heat, forming a tight seal around the door and preventing the spread of fire and smoke.
Acoustic drop seals are also an essential component of our fire protection services. These seals are designed to reduce the amount of sound that travels through doors, making it easier for occupants to hear smoke alarms and evacuate the building safely.

In addition to these fire protection measures, we are also installing concealed and overhead door closers to ensure that doors close properly and are held in place during a fire. This is critical in preventing the spread of fire and smoke from one area to another.

Finally, we are installing fire-rated letterbox flaps to protect against the spread of fire through the mail system. This is a simple but effective measure that can make a significant difference in ensuring the safety of building occupants.
We are committed to delivering the highest quality fire protection services to our clients. By working with building maintenance companies and landlords, we are helping to create safer, more secure environments for building occupants.
